<p>It is &#8220;yaourt&#8221;, or &#8220;to yoghurt&#8221;.</p>
<p>You start singing confidently&#8230; and then trail off into inarticulate &#8220;yoghurting&#8221; when your lexicon runs dry.</p></blockquote>
